Vincent P. Ricotta is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of
the organization’s business development policies, objectives and
initiatives including the management of all internal and external
corporate marketing strategies, communications and public relations
activities. Vincent initiates new business opportunities and
contracts with new clients as well as maintains and builds
relationships with our existing clients.
His responsibilities also include fostering and developing
community projects and partnerships. Mr. Ricotta has over
25 years of experience working in sales, marketing and business
development and he has successfully helped hundred's of business
owners develop and build their company operations throughout New
York State and beyond. Vincent is an experienced, seasoned
professional with a solid reputation in both the private and
commercial business sectors of the construction industry.

Charles Palmieri is responsible to supervise all project managers, coordinate team meetings, prepare safety and quality control plans and to interface with each member of the project teams. As a seasoned Project Manager he has successfully completed a variety of very challenging construction projects. Among his responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager include overseeing timely construction schedules, tight cost control, change order and subcontractor management, manpower scheduling, estimating and purchasing. Charles has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry.

David Evans is responsible to forecast project costs, gather details and compile data to estimate all construction costs according to plans and specifications. He considers all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and subcontract costs for our job estimates. David manages and prepares subcontractor work scopes and helps to determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints. He is familiar with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures within all construction trades. David relies on judgment and his over 25 years of experience to plan and accomplish the goals of SLR.

Gaurav Shringarpure is responsible for hands on management of the company's construction projects. Gaurav manages a diverse portfolio of projects with a concentration on the design build division. His responsibilities include leading design teams, preparing and managing project schedules, management of subcontractors, directing SLR field superintendents and tradesmen as well as coordination between the architect, owner and customer. Mr. Shringarpure has over 10 years of education and work experience in construction, engineering and project management.

Raymond Deet is responsible for hands on management of the company's construction projects. Raymond manages a diverse portfolio of projects with a concentration on the Construction Management division. His responsibilities include complete coordination of projects from inception to completion between the architect, owner, customer and subcontractors. He also prepares and manages work scopes, contracts, schedules and cost control on behalf of the owner. Raymond has over 20 years of work experience in construction and project management.

Randy Hackathorn is responsible for supporting company executives, estimators and project managers with the direction and coordination of operations. He creates and utilizes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Randy also assists project teams by reviewing technical plans and specifications, staying on schedule, expediting responses, project information, materials and the overall progress of work. Randy has over 20 of experience in the construction industry.

Wayne Kicinski is responsible for performing accounting functions in the organization and providing management with the necessary financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner. He also assists in the design and implementation of the financial policies and procedures of the company. Wayne has over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association.

Keith Chonka is responsible for managing the overall Safety and Risk Management operations of the company. Keith establishes and monitors the company's internal safety compliance programs, policies and procedures. He works diligently to provide internal and external team members with all of the tools and resources necessary to ensure SLR's commitment to our "safety first" philosophy. Keith provides for partnering Safety and Quality Workmanship by integrating a strong corporate and field based worker protection program of regulatory compliance, workplace inspections, and contractor education on each of our projects. With over 28 years experience in Health, Safety, Risk Management and Educational consultation, Keith is always well prepared, current and "proactive." His approach continues to bring the highest level of safety and loss prevention to our company, our contractors and our customers.
