Sundra L. Ryce President and CEO

Sundra L. Ryce is the President and CEO of SLR Contracting & Service Company, Inc., a general construction company headquartered in Buffalo, New York. SLR is a progressive and growing company that specializes in commercial construction, including new construction, renovation projects, construction management and design-build services. The company was established by Sundra L. Ryce in 1996 to provide quality work and exemplary customer service in the construction industry. The company's motto is "Experience The Difference."

Under Ms. Ryce's leadership, SLR has developed into an innovative and competitive construction company. Since its inception, SLR has expanded to include construction services covering many geographical regions throughout New York State and beyond. Ms. Ryce oversees all functions of the business including construction operations, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, customer service, finance and negotiations. SLR Contracting has exceeded $28 million in revenue in 2010 and has completed $150 million of construction work since company inception.

Ms. Ryce grew up in a family construction business and views the construction industry as a great business opportunity for entrepreneurs. She was born in Buffalo, New York and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Ms. Ryce earned her Master of Science Degree in Education from Medaille College, Buffalo, New York, and serves as Trustee on the following boards: The Buffalo Niagara Partnership, Great Lakes Health, Buffalo Urban Development Corporation and the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences.

In addition, Sundra Ryce is active in other facets of society. Ms. Ryce has been featured in the 13th Edition of Small Business Management - An Entrepreneurial Emphasis, by Longenecker/Moore/Petty/Palich, a college textbook with a circulation of over 57,000 copies worldwide. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and The Links Incorporated.

Ms. Ryce is an ordained minister and professional speaker who shares her vision, creativity and business acumen through keynote addresses and seminars. She was recently invited to the U.S. Capitol to address the U.S. House of Representatives at the Democratic Issues Conference and Job Summit in Washington, DC. Her favorite motivational quote is "What would you attempt to do if you knew that you could not fail" (author unknown).

Brian S. Tubin Vice President

Brian S. Tubin is the Vice President of SLR Contracting & Service Company Inc. He is responsible for corporate operations, including assisting and advising the President and CEO in planning and directing all aspects of the organization's operational and financial policies, procedures, objectives and initiatives.

Mr. Tubin has worked directly with SLR since 1999 as an accountant and business consultant. In February 2003 he joined the management team of SLR as Vice President of Finance and Operations.

With over 15 years of education and work experience in all facets of accounting, finance, operations and business management, Mr. Tubin is a proven leader in his field. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Binghamton University and holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

His numerous professional affiliations include membership in the Construction Exchange, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis, Construction Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Prior to joining SLR Contracting, Mr. Tubin was employed at the accounting firm of Gaines Kriner Elliott LLP.
